I am Jason Lee a 52 years old family man with a wife & 2 high school kids and of course 1 dog.
Living at one of Sydney suburbs Baulkham Hills over 12 years after moving from Lidcombe & Greystanes since migrating from South Korea in 2002.
I have a genuine skill to talk to people based on my own experiences and knowledge and it works well over 20 years of my working life as Lending Manager.
Worked for Major Bank(9 years) and Regional Bank(7 years) and Independent mortgage broker/financial advisor(4years) and helped many clients for Dream Home Purchasing, or Refinancing to save, or Investment Loans to build the wealth etc.
Now after 13 years working for Banks in recent years, I came back as a Mortgage Broker to share my experiences & knowledge of finance to customers who are looking for reliable professional loan services.
Especially, I want to focus on the long term wealth creation strategy using SMSF lending based on my own experiences started from a $70K super balance in 2014 and increased net value to $450K as of 2024.
